The Avon EntraQuick PU30 Bi-Folding Gate is a fast acting, impact rated, single leaf bi-folding gate. Impact rated to PAS 68 and IWA 14-1 standards, this innovative speed gate offers full height perimeter protection combined with fast operation to allow authorised vehicles quick passage into a secure area.

The EntraQuick PU30 gate design incorporates a unique arrestor system that has been physically crash tested and has successfully stopped an N1G class vehicle (4×4 pick up truck) travelling at 30mph (48kph).

It is designed for continuous operation and is ideal for higher volumes of traffic. The gate is securely locked in the closed position via a drive mechanism supported by the interlocking of the gate leaf and receiving post through an infeed roller and reception fork.

This trackless speed gate doesn’t require any central roadway excavation or have any overhead guidance rails making it ideal for use with larger vehicles.  Its simple but effective design is exceptionally sturdy and reliable requiring minimal maintenance.

Product Overview

Fast & Secure

This impact rated high speed bi-folding gate enables fast opening and closing for each vehicle passage, managing high volumes of traffic whilst still maintaining a secure environment against unauthorised vehicles and pedestrians.

Full height perimeter protection is created in the closed position, its smart design provides a stable operation with no additional floor lock in the closed position necessary.

Safety & Certification

As standard, gates are fitted with relevant compliant safety systems including safety edges and light beams. EntraQuick Gates are certified Type-tested by the notified body TÜV Nord.

A full site risk assessment should be undertaken prior to the design and installation of the gate, to ensure that all the appropriate safety measures have been addressed.
